Although this sale is an appointment only sale, clients will also be given the opportunity to park at their leisure at a nearby parking lot (to be announced before the day of sale) and walk to the location. It is approximately a seven minute walk to the home through a wooded area, and there is a hill that needs to be walked up. We suggest that people in good health only use this option.

Those who are making appointments will need to park at the above mentioned lot and we will have drivers bring you to location. There is very little to no parking on the property, and no parking on the one-way street leading to the property, which is why we must conduct this sale in this fashion. If clients wish to carpool and take the one-way street around to the estate and drop others in the car off at the end of the estate drive, this will be permissible as well.

We will be taking five people per 30 minutes for these appointments. Appointments will be permitted to be made as soon as this ad is published by calling or texting the above number. If one calls and it goes to voicemail, we strongly advise you to send a text and we will get back to you at our soonest availability.

We are also including prices on items in descriptions of images in this ad to give clients the opportunity to purchase via phone. Phone purchases will begin 2 hours after the start of the sale on the first day and will continue the duration of the sale. Phone purchases must be $100 or more and there will be a 5% processing fee. These items will be non-returnable, non-refundable, and are sold as-is, where-is. We will make arrangements for pickup of purchased items and will offer a delivery option for larger pieces at additional fee.
